Description

Reporting directly to the department director as part of the management team, this position will supervise administrative staff that implements program budgets and program service plans that ensure contract compliance. Additionally, the supervisor participates in yearly budget and service data projections. On a regular basis the supervisor assists the Director/Snr. Manager in tracking expenditures, revenues, and service data.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Health Services, Social Services, Administration or related field.
• upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• 1 year Direct service work in a Federal, state, or local grant funded social service program, with experience maintaining and reporting fiscal and service data for program compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervision of clerical/administrative staff.
• Good management & coordination skills; technical project implementation experience.
• Experience and skills in training and transfer of knowledge.
