Client Group Overview

The Client Group has a presence in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia, and is composed of five main areas:

Job Summary

The Operational Marketing Team is looking for an organized team player to produce fact sheets for sales, marketing, financial advisor and investor use. You'll be part of a team responsibile for producing high-volume, onshore and offshore data-driven fact sheets and interact with Marketing (US and global divisions), Legal/Compliance, Proofreading, Fund Performance and Global Fund Administration, and product/portfolio managers.

Job Description

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Review and quality control all data and editorial content on fact sheets

  • Manage the entire data process, including tracking, running, requesting, entering and importing all fact sheet data from multiple sources

  • Establish and utilize internal relationships with Fund Performance, Global Fund Administration and Product Management to identify data anomalies and trouble-shoot data issues

  • Work with Legal/Compliance to ensure compliance of all marketing materials, resolve comments and track approvals

  • Maintain detailed documentation for entire data and production process

  • Maintain relationship and daily communication with external vendor who owns fact sheet production system, including working to develop new features to support AB's needs

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Impeccable attention to detail is critical

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to work against strict deadlines, multitask and prioritize

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and programs and proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel) & Adobe Acrobat

  • Comfort level in working with numbers and data

  • Tenacity to self-manage against strict deadlines and work independently while keeping team members' updated

  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills

  • Consistent availability to work during defined peak production periods

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years business experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree (Economics/Finance, Project or Business Management preferred)

  • Familiarity or comfort with the finance industry or similar regulated industries such as health care and insurance)
