Job Description
Vice President of Operations
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
  • Develop, own, and implement a strategic growth plan for the group. This will include devising, prioritizing, and adapting a market strategy.
  • Build, Develop and Lead a Professional Team by recruiting of top talent and employee retention.
  • Ensure Exceptional Customer Service to our clients through effective business processes
  • Overall margin growth management and P&L responsibility for the business- including budgeting, cost control, planning and staff management.
  • Improve revenue opportunities within the Realogy agent population as well as with unaffiliated agents, brokers and lenders.
  • Provide leadership and direction to managers and employees; including performance management, mentoring, career planning and guidance, setting and accomplishing goals
  • Ensure Positive Engagement of employee population
  • Partner with legal departments to ensure consistent policies and practices for risk assessment
  • Responsible for managing projects to streamline production, advance automation where appropriate, improve quality, productivity, and implement appropriate changes to existing policies
  • Participate in and lead companywide initiatives pertaining to business development, future planning, and risk management
Qualifications & Requirements
Competencies/Experience:
  • Proven track record of building revenue through the development of a professional sales team and the leadership and development!
  • Prove to lead projects requiring complicated decision making and demonstrated strong organizational change principles.
  • Progressive experience in leading employees and significant experience developing and implementing solutions.
  • Possesses problem solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills. You are results oriented and solution thinking with time management and project management skills.
  • Displays leadership skills, leading by example, driving employee commitment through actions, and empowering employees to reach their full potential!
  • Demonstrated history of successfully managing a P&L with positive results
  • Must have a fundamental knowledge of industry management experience and knowledge of the settlement services business.
  • A strong leader with the competencies noted is the most important work experience vital for this role. Leadership experience in a real estate or related industry is preferred, but not required.
