About the Opportunity
The Senior Designer will concept and create visual design solutions for a large variety of project requests ranging from graphic design and brand systems, advertising campaigns, to one-off tactic requests. The individual in this role will collaborate with other creative partners and non-creative team members in the development of ideas. A strong creative point of view is expected but knowing when to listen and collaborate is key. The Senior Designer will help make the design team better and stronger through leadership and mentoring their approach, methodology, work, and craft.
