About this role:
Wells Fargo's Asset Liability Management (ALM) team is looking for a Senior Lead Treasury Analyst to be responsible for managing the model risks associated with the mortgage and rate models used in the forecasting and assessment of interest rate risk.Â This position will ensure the models used in predicting mortgage prepayments, mortgage interest income and rate forecasts are appropriate for the current economic environment as well as scenario analyses.Â This position requires outstanding communication skills as they are the primary contact for several groups.Â This communication includes: Â cooperating with multiple model development teams to provide guidance and requirements, understanding model validation results and developing corrective actions, and leading support team members to implement changes, address findings and meet policy guidelines.
