Digital Analytics and Audience Management Platforms Lead

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant as part of Consumer Data Engagement Platforms in Consumer and Small Business Banking. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the oversight and governance of Wells Fargo's Digital Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and Audience Management platforms (Customer Data Platform, Data Management Platform) for Paid Media use cases
  • Partner with Marketing Sales & Platforms counterparts to represent Paid Media's business needs and build roadmap for delivering on those needs
  • Drive the migration of Google Analytics from Universal Analytics to GA4 and lead the evaluation of new analytics solutions for Paid Media
  • Research new features and aspects of current solutions and evaluate them for Wells Fargo's paid media business needs
  • Support future data integration opportunities across analytics and audience tools for Paid Media
  • Where applicable lead the internal third party contractual and risk responsibilities for vendors in scope
  • Pressure testing current state solutions for future readiness for third party cookie loss
  • Lead complex initiatives and work across functional teams to strategize, plan and ensure execution of a variety of marketing, development strategies and programs with broad impact
  • Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales and profitability for marketing
  • Participate and lead complex cross-functional groups to create, edit, and manage digital content for more advanced marketing campaigns, programs or initiatives that enable seamless customer engagement across all digital channels
  • Make decisions in projecting or forecasting future marketing needs
  • Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing
  • Collaborate and consult with cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships and cross functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience or proficiency in analytics solutions such as Adobe or Google Analytics
  • Experience in audience targeting platforms

Salary range is determined by location of the job.

May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.

Pay Range

$115,900.00 - $206,100.00 Annual
