How will you make an impact?

The Global Market Development Manager Digital will be responsible for planning; optimizing, implementing, and analyzing paid digital marketing activities, including Display and Social Ads. The ideal candidate will possess a strong program management background and a strong background in Digital Marketing and pay-per-click (PPC) management. You must be able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but you can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. You will also be excellent at driving results, being able to coordinate large, multi-functional projects on time, anticipate bottlenecks, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

What will you do?

  • Provide overall management, coordination, and oversight of all facets related to omni-channel campaign implementations partnering with Digital Marketing, Businesses, Offer Management, Analysts, Creative Services and Brand
  • Manage individual campaign project milestones and tasks; scheduling and coordinating digital analysts, creative, and other required resources; and overall final delivery.
  • Responsible for strategy, acquisition, and improvements for multiple programs
  • Influence across different organizations and align teams to a common goal
  • Maintain the most up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies
  • Act as a strategic point of contact for Programmatic Audience strategy internally
  • Build upon and drive the growing re-marketing and retargeting efforts across multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Exchange, Criteo, etc.)
  • Conduct detailed needs assessment, define requirements and timeline
  • Create a cohesive strategy and planning process that integrates key offline events, Omni-channel marketing imperatives, and online specific campaigns
  • Lead the budget development while monitoring key metrics and develop strategies to optimize performance
  • Execute segmentation strategies that include depth, duration, frequency, event interaction, channel, geo, device, network, creative and more
  • Lead and assist with creating proposals, estimates, contracts for all agency services engagements
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing teams on the strategy, design, and development of digital campaigns and assets that will increase revenue and improve lead generation conversion
  • Collaborate with various teams to effectively drive all aspects of Digital Advertising
  • Ensure vendors are paid on time, budgets are on pace and KPIs are being met
  • Work closely with vendor, secure vendor pricing, and ensure service requirements are clearly understood and all service delivery expectations are defined
  • Proactively review & assess performance metrics and suggest recommendations to improve the Digital Advertising program
  • Establish KPI’s and set up web analytics dashboard reports
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Analytics team to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels through KPI management and ROI marketing metrics

How will you get here?


  • High school diploma or equivalent required with 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree with 2 years of relevant experience


  • 7+ years search engine and display marketing, experience managing large-scale accounts with six-figure monthly budgets
  • Strong data analysis skills including, but not limited to, tracking plans and requirements, documentation, data validation, variable maps, ROI analysis, and the ability to spot trends and drive ideas forward. Ability to identify opportunities to capture additional user behavior data
  • Experience working with a range of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Coremetrics, Adobe Site Catalyst, WebTrends, or other web analytics software.
  • Familiarity with digital, mobile, & native tagging/tracking, targeting, measurement, ad blocking, and creative ad formats

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Have strong analytical skills with the ability to drive actions from large data sets
  • A consistent record of leading a program from conception through completion
  • Possess critical strategic thinking, readily identify obstacles and offer solutions
  • Able to assess and develop a plan, run with it, but willing to seek guidance as needed
  • Ability to write concise and clear guidance or summaries based on insights
  • Knowledge with visualization packages, like Tableau, Datorama
  • Knowledge with advertising research packages, like Nielsen, Comscore
  • Knowledge with DMP / DSP platforms like Adobe, BlueKai, Krux, The Trade Desk, Sizmek or MediaMath
  • Knowledge of tag management systems (e.g., Adobe DTM, Ensighten, GTM)
  • Strong Excel skills a plus (Pivots, Array Formulas, and Nested Formulas)
