Job Description
Sr. Director, CCG IT Enterprise Architecture and PMO

The Senior Director IT, Enterprise Architecture and Project Management Office (PMO) will serve as the head of the Enterprise Architecture team within Customer Channels Group (CCG) IT department. This role will have three distinct area of responsibilities. The first one will be to provide Enterprise Architecture and Delivery support to our ongoing transformation journey within our business. This will involve working closely with the program team that is enabling the transformation and working across the different workstreams/tracks to insure we have the right foundational IT architecture to insure scale and longevity in the solutions we are building for the business. The second is the leader for PMO and Governance across the CCG IT function. Lastly, developing the strategy for digital and physical automation for our warehouses to introduce the best of technology to drive improved level of service and quality for our customers while enabling the highest velocity through our warehouses and improving our colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design, develop and lead the strategy and support the digital roadmap for the CCG business.

-Provide Architectural Guidance across all the different project workstreams within the digital transformation program for CCG.

-Partner with PMO, Analytics leader and Enterprise Architecture team of IT Shared Services to build architecture governance within the transformation program.

-Build the architecture for the single Oracle SAAS environment for Oracle Financials and P-MDM

-Develop the Oracle PAAS architecture strategy and governance to build extensions to support the existing implementations.

-Insure the successful implementation of Oracle Financials and P-MDM projects within the Transformation work stream.

-Align with the solution architects within the Digital Front Office workstream to ensure adoption of the right IT governance principles to insure long term scalability and sustainability of the platform.

-Collaborate with the data and analytics workstream and develop the technical architecture and governance within the data platform that we are implementing for CCG.

-Work closely with the Mainframe Support and CCG IT Service Delivery organizations to review the longer term resiliency of the mainframe systems and build the architecture and governance framework to insure sustainability of our existing mainframe applications.

-Develop the integration strategy to connect different applications and enable the orchestration of wing to wing business processes across different systems.

-Collaborate among European IT organization to understand the current architecture and build the forward looking architecture to support the scale of EU RSD business

-Build the Architecture governance board to establish IT standards that need to be adopted in the development of large scale IT platforms.

-Develop the warehouse automation strategy to replace repetitive tasks with automated systems and eliminate time consuming, error prone tasks to enable better quality and velocity of product flow

Responsibilities include:

-Build the strategy for Digital Automation within the warehouses: Partner with the supply chain IT and operational teams to develop the case and forward-looking tech stack for our Warehouse and Transportation Management Systems

-Evaluate different Industry 4.0 technologies and build a thoughtful warehouse architecture and plan to help develop the forward looking physical automation strategy for our warehouses.

-Drive continuous improvement of project management practices

-Ensure that all development teams are following uniform processes for requirements specification, change requests & release scheduling/plans

-Review and approve development plans and schedules

-Participate actively in roadmap & roll out discussions

-Track spend against plan on a monthly/quarterly basis

-Develop, agree & publish critical metrics for project execution and post-release

-Set priorities for material and resource allocation across all teams involved and build robust knowledge of capabilities and capacity across functions

-Lead, develop & mentor a team of Project Managers professionals by bringing standard processes, driving critical thinking and leading teams to search for non-standard solutions when required

-Identifies key performance metrics for value tracking related to business processes improvements

-Reviews and approves solution design and architecture for key Digital/IT critical initiatives for our business.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree, 10+ years of broad operational IT experience in a large company environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

3+ Years of operational (non-IT) experience leading large manufacturing and/or warehouse operations.

Demonstrable experience of running Enterprise Architecture for global business portfolios.

Implementation experience of Oracle SAAS ERP modules like Oracle Financials and P-MDM.

Hands on experience with building the architecture, designing and implementing a custom Order Management Platform.

Background with implementing EDI/B2B tech stacks within a high transactional environment.

Established experience on building and completing the digital and physical automation strategy within warehouses.

Demonstrable experience in building and leading successful teams within technology/ operations including: recruiting, training, motivating, coaching and evaluating performance of staff in multiple, global locations
