Job Description
JR0231311 - Supply Chain Program Manager for Manufacturing Ramp Readiness

As the Supply Chain Program Manager for Manufacturing Ramp Readiness, you will be responsible for but not limited to: 

  • Synchronizing the ramp readiness of the Factory Enabling Commercial (spares and service, sustaining, and local Commodity Manager teams) supporting Assembly Test Manufacturing, Wafer Level Assembly, and Technology & Development factories.

  • Working with stakeholders to align requirements to supply; working to match supply to demand; and working with stakeholders on tradeoffs when necessary.

  • Creating and managing Heat Maps, highlighting risks, identifying mitigation options, and leading Task Forces to close gaps and maintain partner alignments.        

  • Creating relevant business processes to minimize variability and subjectivity to align with operational and supplier capability requirements.

  • Trending risks over time and keeping the focus on the highest priority areas while growth and change continue at an accelerated pace.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. *This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications: 

The candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees plus the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or STEM field with 6+ years of relevant experience.

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or STEM field with 4+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with Equipment Development and supplier negotiations.

  • Understanding of Tooling/Module/Product/Equipment/Materials/Field Service Engineering/Equipment Spares.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
