About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Operations Analyst to work on enterprise-wide engagement/support for all Cryptographic Engagement & Support solutions. The position will develop specific recommendations based on results of analyses. Conduct research and create reports and presentations on findings. Conduct due diligence and other analyses. Â Position works closely with application owners, Information Security Architecture (ISA), engineering/infrastructure teams and vendors to select and implement optimum solution for a particular application use-case. Â Candidate will work to coordinate and support current automation of existing solutions.
The position champions continuous improvement, including devising new strategies and new opportunities. Set and measure performance standards for the team and ensure operations achieve or exceed performance metrics. Direct the daily Risk and Control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure success; re-engineering and driving continual service improvement. Interact with customers (internal / external) to meet process deliverables. Â This position collaborates with business and product owners in addition to focusing on technical deliveries. Analyze requirements and provide development estimates across project and BAU activities. Develop action and implementation plans and modify as needed to ensure timely and accurate implementation of products or improvements.
