This role is for a Manager Sales Technology Specialist within our Sales Operations team. This role will help drive operational activities related to sales technologies and managing our sales tech stack including processes such as deployment of new tech, basic training, maintenance, upgrades and assessment and providing recommendations for enhancements and new technologies.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, emphasizing the following: 

  • Employing detailed knowledge of sales technologies available in the market related to sales compensation, sales targeting, marketing and campaign optimization for sales and CRMs;
  • Utilizing best practices in related to the implementation, deployment, maintenance, upgrades and contract status for sales-related systems;
  • Showcasing enhanced knowledge of automation and AI and demonstrating ability to translate sales process to the appropriate technology;
  • Demonstrating basic knowledge of procurement processes and the ability to review contract status and execute on changes;
  • Demonstrating experience with marketing and lead technologies as it relates to Sales and opportunity generation;
  • Using data & technology to make better, faster and more informed decisions with familiarity automating reports, building dashboards and leveraging analytic capabilities in Salesforce and other systems to increase efficiencies and digital enablement embedded throughout; 
  • Leveraging Firm resources to achieve efficiencies in daily work, but also reviews current processes related to data and technology to leverage digital automation; 
  • Demonstrating extensive experience in managing multiple business work streams with multiple stakeholder groups including supporting Sales leadership in management and operations execution across various teams;  
  • Building key relationships and bridge connections with multiple stakeholder groups such as IT, Communications and Sales Enablement in a highly matrixed team environment; 
  • Promoting and educating sales staff on technology solutions available to increase opportunity generation, reducing time to close and increasing win rates;
  • Thriving in a fast-paced matrixed organization, working with a sense of urgency and being agile in an ever changing environment;
  • Showcasing enhanced analytical and technical skills; 
  • Utilizing meaningful experience and ability using large data sets to generate analysis and meaningful insights; and,
  • Implementing advanced Excel skills and enhanced knowledge of other analytical tools, such as Tableau, Alteryx.
