Required Knowledge and Skills:

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in managing client-facing engagements and identifying and addressing client needs by: 

  • Working closely with clients as a trusted advisor to identify their needs and help them transform and modernize their data strategies;
  • Participating in Database Modernization projects involving data modeling, machine learning, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Explorer, Azure Data Lake;
  • Leveraging knowledge and experience in Data & AI, BI development, software engineering, Azure Infrastructure development projects and deploying modern, complex, scalable applications;
  • Utilizing various Microsoft technologies using .NET Framework, Visual Studio, SQL Server, and Power BI;
  • Designing and building the data store for Modern Application Development, CI/CD/CT, Microservices Architecture, Responsive application development;
  • Presenting technology solutions to senior leadership and influence architectures that will lead the transformation of data platforms and services;
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of data platform services including sizing, configuration, and needs assessments;
  • Working in the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem with an array of Azure Services that can be leveraged to build and launch modern applications and data analytics services; 
  • Utilizing data Governance, Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality tools, methodologies and processes; and,
  • Providing leadership to the delivery team in data delivery, management, architecture, and event sourcing.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in managing client-facing engagements and identifying and addressing client needs by: 

  • Designing and building scalable infrastructure and platform for large amounts of data ingestion, aggregation, integration and advanced analytics;
  • Designing and building modern data pipelines and data streams, data service APIs development, Tableau development, software development and process reengineering; and,
  • Experience with data visualization using SSRS, No-SQL DB (Cosmos DB, Mongo DB).
