At the State of Connecticut, Department of Children and Families (DCF) we are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team in Middletown at our Solnit - South Campus.

Your role as a Clinical Social Worker Associate
-In this role you would be accountable for skilled clinical social work treatment and leadership services involving complex case assignments. This includes but is not limited to:
-Independently performing highly skilled direct clinical social work treatment
-Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments
-Act as a consultant with other medical providers

Position Highlights
-Located at the Albert J. Solnit South Campus- Hospital: Sachem Unit, 915 River Rd., Middletown, CT
-Full-time, first (1st) shift, thirty-seven and a half (37.5) hours per week
-Schedule; Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. four (4) days a week, with one evening shift a week

-Located in Middletown, it is widely recognized as a center of excellence for family-centered treatment of children and youth with serious emotional disturbances. This state-administered Psychiatric facility provides comprehensive care to children and adolescents under the age of eighteen, with severe mental illness and related behavioral and emotional problems who cannot be safely assessed or treated in a less restrictive setting.

Qualifications & Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - GENERAL EXPERIENCE
One year of experience as a licensed clinical social worker.
