|
Senior Analyst Business Operations Maximus is currently seeking a Senior Analyst. The ideal candidate will plan, and project manage some smaller projects (including budget) and similarly act as the key point of contact for the client for these projects. Primary Responsibilities: • Develop project scope statements • Provide leadership of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) session to identify specific project deliverables and defining accountability per unit • Ensure business requirements and tasks are identified to create a detailed MS Project schedule • Manage the identified project deliverables for completion by ensuring accountability per participating unit • Develop and monitor risk plans to ensure mitigation strategies are in place and being executed • Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders • Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures • Monitor and facilitate the tracking and resolution of issues impacting the project Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in related field • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant professional experience Preferred Requirements: • Lean Six Sigma • MS Office proficiency to include MS Visio and MS Project Contact Information
