Supervisor Case Manager Maximus is currently seeking a Case Management Supervisor. This role will be responsible for supervising, evaluating, training, developing, and counseling case management staff for the D.C. Family Rehousing and Stabilization Program (DC Family RSP). *This is an on-site position located in Washington, DC. Residence in DC is required.. Primary Responsibilities: • Ensure contractual obligations are met by identifying, recommending, and/or developing quality improvement strategies through the evaluation of staff performance standards and project performance measures • Identify training needs and development opportunities for subordinates • Develop work schedules and assign duties to subordinates to ensure efficiency • Discuss job performance concerns with subordinates to identify causes and issues and work closely with the Human Resources department on resolving problems • Participate in the work of subordinates to facilitate productivity or to overcome difficult aspects of work • Evaluate subordinates' job performance and recommend appropriate personnel action • Ensure compliance with company Wage & Hour policy, including ensuring non-exempt employees get the rest & meal breaks • Comply with all company required policies, procedures and processes including but not limited to required training • Evaluate systems and data to improve quality control and process improvements • Conduct process improvement utilizing project reports • Report issues, problems, and concerns to management Minimum Requirements: • Associate degree in human services or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience • Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience in case management; automated data systems; working with disadvantaged populations • Demonstrated ability working with customers in a caring and respectful manner and with due understanding of and consideration for their unique circumstances • Broad knowledge of human services programs • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently • Background check clearance Contact Information
