Job Description
2024 Financial Advisor Development Track Program - Full-time Analyst
FADT is a targeted two-year program designed to help you advance from an Investment Professional to a Financial Advisor at the firm. You値l receive robust training to learn how to interact with clients and develop your investment and product knowledge. You値l also receive ongoing training focused on developing your professional skills. You値l gain an in depth understanding of Service & Administration and National Branch, as well as exposure to all areas of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. Upon completion of this program you will have the skills, experience, training, and support to successfully launch your career as a Financial Advisor in the National Branch, our remote advice channel that offers comprehensive financial planning and advice to clients through video meetings.

Within the Full-Time Analyst Program, you値l be required to take and complete the SIE, Series 7, Series 63 and Series 66/65. These licenses will allow you to directly interface with clients on the phones or on other virtual platforms, gaining experience:

Obtaining FINRA licenses required for the Investment Professional and the Financial Advisor role
Supporting all self-directed and full-service clients with order entry, money movement and account maintenance requests
Working in a team environment to assist clients with brokerage accounts over the telephone. You値l also discuss Individual Retirement Accounts, such as Traditional and Roth IRAs.
Creating business efficiency by focusing on answering calls quickly, identifying client needs, initiating trades in the capital markets, and completing service-oriented transactions.
Documenting all client conversations and meeting all regulatory requirements around these activities
Becoming an expert in our online platform through Chase.com by helping clients successfully navigate our website, you値l provide them more access and flexibility to service their accounts.

Through our training curriculum, you値l enhance your investment and business knowledge and professional and technical skills. You will have access to professional development, leadership development and financial planning and advice development training. Additionally, you値l have access to networking, business deep dives, one-on-one mentorship, and a dedicated financial advisor mentor. You値l also receive help and guidance from a dedicated program manager who is focused on your career progression. Upon successful completion of the program, you値l be given the opportunity to apply for a role as a Financial Advisor in the National Branch, our remote advice channel that offers comprehensive financial planning and advice to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
You have a passion for client service, an interest in building a foundational career in wealth management providing financial advice and a desire to obtain and pass the FINRA SIE, and Series 7, 63 and 66/65, in addition to meeting FINRA continuing education requirements.
You thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment, but also work well independently.
You enjoy using your interpersonal skills to successfully build relationships over the phone and in person with others.

To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Additional skills & criteria include:
A well-rounded academic background with an interest in providing exceptional client service and financial advice. Experience in finance or other finance-related courses is a plus.
Pursuing a B.A. or B.S. degree, with an expected graduation date of December 2023 through June 2024.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and foster strong professional relationships with business partners.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly as priorities change.
Organizational skills and attention to detail, demonstrating working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to adapt conversations to meet the needs of a diverse client base across all 50 states.
