Working in a team environment to assist clients with brokerage accounts over the telephone. You’ll also discuss Individual Retirement Accounts, such as Traditional and Roth IRAs.
Creating business efficiency by focusing on answering calls quickly, identifying client needs, initiating trades in the capital markets, and completing service-oriented transactions.
Documenting all client conversations and meeting all regulatory requirements around these activities
Becoming an expert in our online platform through Chase.com – by helping clients successfully navigate our website, you’ll provide them more access and flexibility to service their accounts.

Through our training curriculum, you’ll enhance your investment and business knowledge and professional and technical skills. You will have access to professional development, leadership development and financial planning and advice development training. Additionally, you’ll have access to networking, business deep dives, one-on-one mentorship, and a dedicated financial advisor mentor. You’ll also receive help and guidance from a dedicated program manager who is focused on your career progression. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll be given the opportunity to apply for a role as a Financial Advisor in the National Branch, our remote advice channel that offers comprehensive financial planning and advice to clients.
