Description

Clinical Pharmacist , Kadlec Regional Medical Center - Richland, WA

The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Shift Details:

Full-Time, Day Shift, 0840-8 Hour Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week

Required qualifications:

  • PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy Or
  • Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy
  • Required upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
  • When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license
  • Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
  • Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
