The multidisciplinary team of Swarthmore College health leaders is committed to creating a compassionate environment with a vision of empowering students to be engaged in their continuum of lifelong health and well-being.

The wellness education program includes campus-wide events and activities that help build the skills necessary for healthy living through the promotion of physical, intellectual, emotional, sexual, occupational, financial, and spiritual wellness. Be Well at Swarthmore, our institution-specific model of holistic well-being, recognizes wellness as a lifelong and multi-dimensional process that is personal and cultural — there is no “one size fits all” approach to being well.
