Title: Family Law/Criminal Law Associate Attorney

Location: Castle Rock, CO

Compensation: $120,000 - $155,000

Position Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Family Law/Criminal Law Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, be comfortable in court, and able to handle cases from inception to end. The position is in-office and offers flexibility, including remote work options for sick days, bad weather, and emergencies.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Admitted to the Colorado Bar

Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law and criminal law

Comfortable in court and able to hit the ground running; trial experience required

Strong research, writing, and case management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities:

Handle family law and criminal law cases from inception to conclusion

Provide comprehensive legal representation and advice to clients

Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for court appearances

Participate in firm meetings, events, and social activities

Collaborate with a dedicated paralegal and support staff

Work closely with team members and clients to achieve the best possible results.

Billable Hours: 1300-1500 billable hour requirement

Compensation:

Salary: $120,000- $155,000 Competitive salary commensurate with experience

Bonuses: Annual discretionary bonuses and origination fees

Benefits: Full benefits package offered & firm covers CLE's
