Job Description
Project Manager
Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of project management experience and a strong background in Agile methodologies. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of Agile practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery according to project goals and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects using Agile
    methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Experience in a consulting environment is a plus.
  • Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant
    software.
