The Relationship Manager (RM) acts as the strategic point of contact on assigned Government 457(b) plans between $7 - 35MM, ensuring exceptional client service and plan sponsor satisfaction. The RM is accountable for strategy, overall service delivery, evaluating, improving and managing client satisfaction, risk/retention efforts, book of business economics, and plan management. The RM must successfully drive plan and participant outcomes as defined by the plan sponsor and Empower. The RM will collaborate with plan sponsors and internal partners to transform each plan by successfully identifying, socializing, managing, and delivering better processes and solutions for each client and their participants. This RM will work with plans in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York and must be based within this territory. What you will do

Base Salary Range $92,400.00 - $130,500.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
