Ultimate Staffing is looking for a First Shift Production Manager for a direct hire position in Windsor CT. This person should have experience managing a team to fulfill ISO9001 and ISO13485. This person would ideally would have experience managing a team that uses rollers, slitting machines and Lathes. This production manager would come from a background of aerospace or medical devise manufacturing. This is a very clean environment, upholding to safety standards and team based management. What will you be doing?

• Providing support to employees to ensure product delivery time is met
• Planning for short term and long term objectives
• Improving manufacturing process and ensuring safety on the floor
• Working with Operation manager and other managers to motivate employees
• Review reports to drive accuracy and improvement

What experience should you have?

• 5 years of solid production management experience
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Training
• Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or business administration or equivalent experience
• SAP experience and Sufficient Computer Skills.
