THE POSITION:
The State of Connecticut, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) is seeking an experienced Clinical Social Worker to join our team within Western Connecticut Mental Health Network (WCMHN).
POSITION SPECIFICS:
Schedules: Full-Time (40 Hour), Monday - Friday, First Shift (8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.)
*One shift per week in the evening to be determined with hours (10:00 A.M. - 6:30 P.M.)

ABOUT THE UNIT:
The ACT program is a best practice model of intensive community care with an emphasis on assisting clients to gain or improve skills for successful living in the community, an improving quality of life, and greater independence to pursue their goals through values of recovery. As part of the Assertive Community Treatment team, provides clinical, case management rehabilitative and recovery-oriented services to an assigned caseload of individuals with serious mental health and/or co-occurring substance and medical disorders.
