The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Bureau of Information Technology Solutions (BITS), is currently accepting applications for the position of Information Technology Analyst Trainee in support of the Department of Children and Families (DCF) in our Central Office located at 505 Hudson Street, Hartford, CT. Monday through Friday schedule. Full-time, 40 hours per week. THE ROLE: Proficiency with computer operating systems and computer networks as well as applications including Office 365, Windows 10, Microsoft Teams, Footprints, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of: Functioning and use of information systems; Major concepts and terms used in the information technology profession; Skills: Interpersonal skills; Logic and analytical skills; Ability to: Prepare and maintain accurate records; Prepare written materials and reports; Follow oral and written instructions.
