As a Senior Logistics Consultant or Regional Logistics Consultant, you will oversee the full sales process, from initial research and client discovery to acting as a trusted advisor in freight forwarding solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in selling ocean and/or air freight services within a freight forwarding company.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like CargoWise One is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of local market opportunities and industry trends.
• Ability to travel locally to meet with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and acquire new clients through various methods, including cold calling, networking, events, and presentations.
• Present services such as Ocean and Air Import/Export, Warehousing, Trucking, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
• Collaborate with CRM teams to strengthen market presence.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and global offices.
• Travel locally to meet clients and provide tailored presentations.

Compensation:

• Base salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 annually, plus uncapped commissions based on sales performance.
• Salary is based on industry experience and proven sales ability.
