A global innovator in advanced water purification is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their team!

City: Lynnwood, WA

Hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri

Pay: $19 per hour

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in assisting customers by handling in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and online chat inquiries.

This is an on-site, temp-to-hire role!

Responsibilities in this Customer Support Role:

• Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional approach when assisting customers
• Coordinate and organize training sessions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support and communication
• Actively listen and address customer concerns in a positive and professional manner

Ideal Traits for Success: A successful candidate will have a positive outlook, be people-oriented, and show strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• 1 year of experience in data entry (Preferred)
• Excel experience is a plus!!
• Friendly and proactive approach to customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficient in basic computer tasks
