Office Coordinator (JN -102024-381017)

Temp to Hire Office Coordinator opportunity with a dynamic and growing company in Aurora, CO!

Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

$22-$23 per hour

Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is to support our office team with a range of administrative tasks essential to smooth daily operations. This includes organizational, data entry, and facility-related support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain situational awareness within the office; follow safety and emergency protocols as necessary.
  • Support office projects and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and property managers.
  • Maintain positive, professional communication with cleaning services, contractors, and other office service providers.
  • Exhibit flexibility and professionalism across all responsibilities.
  • Oversee office supplies, managing purchasing and inventory.
  • Ensure the breakroom is stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and assist with deliveries as needed.
  • Conduct regular office checks with the operations team to identify maintenance or organization needs.
  • Take charge of receptionist responsibilities, including administrative support for the broader office.
  • Manage facility needs in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to directors and managers.
  • Perform some data entry and offer backup support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized and efficient
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic work environment
  • Familiarity with Concur is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual and notary status are preferred but not required
