Position Summary: The ECR Administrator is responsible for overseeing the Enterprise Content and Records Management (ECRM)/OnBase Project Initiation and Management Process. The incumbent also plans and implements the conversion of various documents management systems by building relationships across County departments to create an enterprise system. Overview: Duties:
