Position highlights Some key responsibilities of the Staff Radiological Technologist include: Performing technical radiographic procedures; Applying independent judgement to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis; Producing radiographs and providing immobilization devices; Making a positive difference in the lives of others! This position is full time on first shift, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM. About us Osborn Correctional Institution is a medium security institution that houses one of the largest inmate populations of the correctional facilities in the state. The Osborn Correctional Institution supports an inpatient medical hospital, a mental health unit, a comprehensive education program, an inpatient Addiction Services unit and one of the largest Correctional Industries Program in the state. This facility is one of three in the state which also provides trained, offender, hospice volunteers who provide end of life care to fellow inmates. The Department of Correction shall strive to be a leader in progressive correctional practices and partnered re-entry initiatives to support responsive evidence-based practices geared toward supporting reintegration and reducing recidivism under the Department's supervision.
