About (request update)

My background is a unique mixture of both agency and corporate talent acquisition. I started my career supporting a number of different Microsoft Business Groups in various agency roles which included responsibilities as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter.

My primary focus today is in corporate recruiting currently in the Servers & Tools Business at Microsoft. I previously lead full life cycle staffing and account management efforts across Windows Azure Group�s technical feature teams in both the Program Management and Service Engineering disciplines. I�ve also supported the Windows Phone Division during the initial launch of the Windows Phone and was responsible for leading recruiting efforts across all feature teams in services across all three triads including PM, Test, and Development.

In addition to my Microsoft experience I�ve also had the opportunity as a corporate recruiter to support various organizations at T-Mobile�s headquarters including Engineering IT, Marketing, and Finance.
