As a Certified Safety and Project Management Professional among multiple other certifications, I bring over 30 years of direct safety experience in the fields of Public Transportation, Construction, Industrial, Safety Data Analysis, Trainer, Industrial Hygiene, Fire, HAZMAT, Emergency Response and public Safety. My experiences covers organizations ranging from 8 to 8000 employees. I�m a motivated and disciplined engineer experienced in identifying and mitigating issues to closure through teamwork and effective communication. I utilize behavioral based safety approach that provides measurable results, constantly searching for ways to identify continuous improvement to increase overall organizational safety with a purpose to reduce W/C cost, thus increasing employee availability.

� Coordinates and exercises the internal departmental responsibility for safety inspections, mitigation, and preventative maintenance for the Division internal systems as a resource to other departments. � Gather and evaluate architectural drawings, requirements, and resources required for the Atlanta Police Department (APD) facilities (leased and owned), when relocation staff for the acquisition of new properties. � Participates in forecasting capital improvements and major equipment maintenance that�s required to maintain facilities in appropriate functional condition. � Executes appropriate plans for relocation of staff which ensures the technical logistics and furniture requirements are sustained to obtain the occupancy requirements are following Federal, State, and City of Atlanta requirements. Coordinates with outside vendor, consultants and contractors to secure quotes for proposed work effort, and make recommendations to help resolve process related requisitions, and improve areas of safety noncompliance.
