Providence HBCU CONNECT Focus Groups: "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion expectations in the workplace"

Providence is a world-class health care organization that is committed to evolving its workplace beginning with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion(DEI).

To attract the best and brightest candidates, increase talent retention and improve hiring among diverse groups, Providence will leverage your critical feedback as part of our DEI strategy enhancement plan.

As a focus group participant, you will:
  • Learn how you can make a difference at Providence and contribute to a healthier future.
  • Share input and insight direct with members of the Providence leadership team.
  • Take advantage of high-level networking opportunities for career advancement and relationship building.
  • All students will be given a $25 gift card at the end of the session
About the Focus Groups:
A series of 60 minutes facilitated conversations designed to gather input from HBCU current students, faculty and alumni.
  • Students: Wednesday, September 7th, 2022, from 12:00pm until 1:00pm EST
  • Alumni: Wednesday, September 7th, 2022, from 6:00pm until 7:00pm EST
  • Faculty: Thursday, September 8th, 2022, from 6:00pm until 7:00pm EST
