Portfolio & Decision Analysis (PDA) - Maximizing the R&D Pipeline:

The Portfolio and Decision Analysis group (PDA), part of the Business Innovation (BI) organization, is responsible for driving rigorous analyses and generating competitive insights to enable R&D investment decisions that maximize pipeline value and enable Pfizer’s long-term strategy. In addition to building and maintaining robust economic valuations for more than 100 R&D projects, PDA oversees overall portfolio health and sustainability for Pfizer. This role involves working in close collaboration with Asset Teams (e.g., clinical development, commercial development, operations, finance, regulatory, pricing & market access) and senior leaders to identify strategic issues, facilitate discussion, and implement qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to inform decision-making.
