Hands-on learning
BUSINESS: HQ experience to understand business processes, priorities and global/local challenges
HR: HQ experience to understand People & Organization priorities, processes, and mission

2nd rotation
International experience:

New, local insights & responsibility
Affiliate or business area exposure

3rd rotation
Experienced Professional:

New HQ rotation
Experienced professional that contributes to the business and drives own projects
