THE RALLY
The Motivation Rally is a 5-day driving event starting in Atlanta, Georgia with stops in Tampa, Orlando, Miami, and the Florida Keys before heading home.
Five days of supercars on the open road and the kind of friendships that don't end when the wheels stop rolling.
01 / CURATED
Routes you can't book on Google Maps
Every fuel stop, photo op, regroup point, and dinner is pre-arranged. You spend the week driving, not planning.
02 / CINEMATIC
You leave with a film, not just photos
A professional crew rolls with the pack the entire trip. You leave with content you can actually post — not a phone full of windshield shots.
03 / CONNECTED
The pack is the reason you'll come back
Doctors, founders, athletes, creators — the Rally fills with high-trust people who happen to drive interesting cars. 30 of 32 drivers from Rally 2025 are coming back for 2026.

THE OVERSEAS HIGHWAY
Stretching 113 miles from the mainland to Key West, the Overseas Highway crosses 42 bridges over turquoise waters connecting the Florida Keys. The crown jewel is the Seven Mile Bridge — one of the longest bridges in the world, with nothing but open ocean on both sides. This is not just a drive. This is the most cinematic road in America.

HOSTED BY
|
I'm Will Moss. I host the Motivation Rally to bring together a small, hand-picked group of drivers who genuinely click — people who respect each other on the road and off, sharpen each other through good conversation, and turn five days together into a lifelong network.
Every piece of this rally is intentionally curated: the route, the hotels, the dinners, the rhythm of the days, and most importantly the pack. I keep the group small and the theme deliberate so what you take home isn't just a memory card full of photos — it's a stack of new relationships with people you'll actually want to call long after the rally ends.
The 2025 inaugural rally ran Columbus → Nashville and back. 30 of 32 drivers are coming back for 2026 — that tells you what kind of pack we build. This year we're going further south — Atlanta to the Florida Keys. If you're in, I'd love to have you with us.

HAVE IN MIND |
|
HYDRATE
Florida in August is HOT. Bring plenty of water, keep the AC ready, and stay hydrated at every stop. Heat exhaustion is real. |
TOLL READY
Florida's Turnpike and most highways use SunPass or toll-by-plate. Get a SunPass or make sure your car's plate is registered for pay-by-mail. |
FUEL UP
The Overseas Highway to Key West has limited gas stations. Fill up completely before leaving the mainland. Don't get stranded on a bridge. |
RAIN READY
August means afternoon thunderstorms in Florida. They're fast and heavy but usually pass quickly. Have a plan to pull over safely if needed. |
