The session is designed to support HBCU Connect students, working professionals, and eligible dependents seeking financial support and professional development.

SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA
ELIGIBILITY
  • Be a member, alumni, student, and children of Alumni/Member* affiliated with HBCU Connect
  • Complete application and essay
  • Minimum of two letters of recommendation from an educator, mentor, coach, professional colleague or other individual who is not an immediate relative
  • Must be a resident of the U.S. to be eligible
  • College transcripts (may be unofficial) if applicable
  • Funds awarded can be used for the many costs that arise during their college career and/or further professional development such as professional certifications
