The redesigned grille and upgraded headlights give it a more aggressive stance. It felt like a car ready to hit the open road, not just commute around town. Inside, the cabin was both comfortable and stylish. The materials had a premium feel, and the layout was intuitive. The infotainment system was easy to navigate and responsive. The seating was comfortable, and there was ample legroom for both front and rear passengers. The 2024 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid is a stylish vehicle that blends style, comfort, and technology. It offers several features uncommon in this class, such as a power trunk lid, a panoramic sunroof, a head-up display, and a 360-degree camera system. While many automakers have abandoned the traditional sedan, the Hyundai Sonata Hybrid remains popular in the midsize sedan segment. Released this spring, the refreshed Sonata offers a combination of style, fuel efficiency, reliability, and value, making it a compelling choice for consumers. Power/Engine: Under the hood, the 2024 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid retains its proven hybrid powertrain, powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 192 horsepower with 151-lb/ft. of torque. It has a front-wheel drive that is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. The suspension is tuned for a comfortable ride without sacrificing handling precision. It's engineered for both highway cruising and urban driving. The steering feels responsive, and it exhibits good body control. Models/Price: The 2024 Sonata Hybrid is available in four trim levels, each offering different features and equipment: the base SEL ($30,800), N Line ($34,950), SEL Hybrid ($30,800), and Limited Hybrid ($37,200). The base model has a solid foundation, while higher-end models offer features like leather upholstery, advanced driver assistance systems, and a premium sound system. Fuel Economy: The Sonata gets excellent mileage thanks to its hybrid powertrain. According to the EPA, it averages 44 city/51 highway mpg at 47 mpg combined. • Safety Features: The Sonata Hybrid has advanced safety features, such as automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert. • Warranty: Hyundai offers a generous warranty package, including a five-year/60,000-mile limited warranty and a 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty.
