Beyonce Wants To Set A Good Example For Blue Ivy By Not “Dieting”

Beyonce Wants To Set A Good Example For Blue Ivy By Not “Dieting”
Posted By: Hija Chang on April 23, 2012

Beyoncé Knowles has given up on faddy diets so she sets a good example for her daughter. The singer and her husband Jay-Z are the proud parents of Blue Ivy, who was born in January. Beyoncé has stepped out on several occasions since then, each time drawing praise for her svelte figure. She recently showed off her curves in a black swimsuit complete with frills while on holiday and has apparently vowed to keep her voluptuous body.

“She is all about being a good example to Blue, so has quit the fad diets and is just busy being a mom,” a source told Look magazine.

Although the 30-year-old singer has been working out, she isn’t obsessed with exercise. She’s also decided that while healthy eating is important, it’s also vital not to get bored with a dull diet.

“She’s purposely eating three square meals a day of what she fancies,” the insider explained. “Whether that’s fried chicken or chips, she’s focusing on enjoying life rather than being skinny.”

Hmmmm….she is also making a “scrap book” for Baby Blue as well.
