Posted By: Hija Chang on June 12, 2012 As a claims adjuster trainee, you'll receive some of the most intensive training in the industry and use state-of-the-art technology to respond to and settle claims quickly. You'll be challenged to think creatively, to pursue constant improvement and to provide "virtually perfect" customer service. In your role as a claims adjuster trainee, you'll also: Investigate, appraise, and settle both vehicle and personal injury claims. Examine policies to determine coverage. Interview, call and correspond with claimants and witnesses. Review police and hospital records. Inspect property damage to determine the extent of liability.
