What is your most memorable contribution as a Campus Queen?: My most memorable moment as queen was at an event that I had at the beginning of the year called Queen's Talk. This event allowed me to build a stronger realationship with the female population at my institution. I was able to sit down and converse with young women on my campus not as Miss Fayetteville State University, but as Bria Perkins, women to women. We conversed about self-esteem, sisterhood, our backgrounds, and our personal experiences and testimonies.Through mentorship I was able to mend the relationship amongst the female population here at my institution. Most importantly that was the moment that I realized I don't wear my crown for me , I wear my crown for the queens that will never get to wear one; I am my peoples queen Read more at EBONY http://www.ebony.com/contestants/bria-perk...
