The order is placed for your crown and sash upon receipt of entry fee. We place our orders on the 15th of each month. It should take 6-8 weeks to receive your official crown and sash. If you are scheduled for an appearance and need the items quicker, we can put a rush on the order. In some cases, an additional rush fee may be charged to you for the items.

Am I required to make appearances?

Yes. All IEBM Queens & princesses must be visible and make appearances. You must keep in contact with the International office or your local director. There is a special award for delegates with an extra-ordinary effort with making appearances.

What is considered an appearance?

A public appearance is when you attend an appropriate location or event in your crown and sash to promote your platform and the International Elite Black Pageant System. There are many ways as well as places to make appearances. Suggestions along with more information on appearances & the special award we are giving away is in the delegate handbook.

Delegate Handbooks are sent after you accept the preliminarty title offer, and pay your entry fee! Titles are first come first serve so the sooner you apply, the sooner you can get started making appearances & have fun!

Unfortunately, No. Due to the operation and production cost we will not be able to issue a refund. All fees paid to the International Elite Black Pageant System are not refundable under any circumstances. This includes entry fees, event tickets, advertising fees, and any other fees related to the pageant. You may also be requested to return your crown and sash to allow another contestant to represent the title at the international pageant.

Am I required to sell any ads or tickets?

No. Program book ads are completely optional and have no bearing on the outcome of the pageant results. We do have a special category for the contestant that sells the most ads.
Your friends and family will be required to purchase tickets to see you compete in the pageant.

What can I win & what are the prizes?

Check the prizes page on the website for updates. Prizes are added as new sponsors come on board. Sponsorships are still being negotiated, and we are working to add more to this list. So, please stop back from time to time for update. A final list of prizes will be announced prior to competition.
