In 2002 he joined Pirelli Tyre, as Production Planner within the Central Logistics Function. In 2004 he worked as consultant for Key Project Consulting. In 2005 he rejoined Pirelli as Head of Demand Planning within the central Marketing department. In 2008 he moved to Spain as Marketing Director for Spain & Portugal. In 2011 he returned to Italy to take on the role of Logistics Manager of the Business Unit Moto; subsequently, in 2013, he assumed responsibilities within the HQ Marketing department, initially as Demand Planning and Pricing Manager and later as Head of Product Marketing and OE Aftermarket. In 2015 he moved to China assuming the role of Chief Commercial Officer Asia & Pacific. In 2017 he returned to Italy appointed as Chief Operating Officer Europe and CEO Italy. In 2017 he is appointed Executive Vice President of Business Unit Prestige, Chief Operating Officer Europe and Head of Original Equipment, and from May 2018 General Manager Operations.
