Join Us for the Anniversary Symposium We invite you to register for the symposium, "Those Who Have Must Turn Around and Give: Celebrating 40 years of Preserving Black History and Education" from June 9 to 11, 2026 at the Avery Research Center and Francis Marion Hotel. The symposium highlights the work of southern educators and how memory workers have preserved Black History.
