HBCU CONNECT is excited to welcome HBCU students, alumni, professionals, recruiters, sponsors, and community partners to our upcoming 2026 Annual Conference & Career Fair in Washington, D.C. This year’s event will bring together top employers, recruiters, and professionals for a full day of career opportunities, networking, professional development, and meaningful connections. To make the most out of the event, we encourage attendees to review the companies and recruiters that will be participating before arriving. This is your opportunity to research employers, explore available opportunities, and prepare for conversations that could lead to your next interview, internship, or career move.
