Never too distant to respond. The same power that created you, guides you, and strengthens you is present with you every one of your 1,440 blessed minutes. You are never without access. You are never without direction. You are never without the ability to reset, rise, and move forward. Because of that divine connection, it is not only acceptable — it is necessary — to pause. To rest. To assess and reassess your purpose. Purpose is not a straight line; it is a living assignment. And living assignments require reflection. They require moments where you step back, breathe, and realign with the Source that fuels you. Rest is not retreat. Rest is recalibration. Rest is how you return stronger. And here is a truth many people forget: Twenty percent of your time and assets belong to you. Not to your job, not to your obligations, not to the demands of others. They belong to your restoration, your clarity, your creativity, your spiritual grounding. That twenty percent is your personal reserve — the portion that keeps you whole. Use it daily.
