I'm gonna put it like this, everyone doesn't love XU, but everyone doesn't hate it either. The school has a lot to offer, but it's up to you to use all of the resources available. You need to come on down and take a campus visit (and try to stay with someone in the area or on campus). Also, it depends on what academic program you want to enter. (I can tell you all about the biology department, but I can't speak from experience on pharmacy or pre-law, ya dig?)
YOU CANT REALLY DO MUCH WITH THE WEBSITE, BUT IM STILL INTERESTED IN XAVIER. I WOULD LIKE TO LEARN ANY INFORMATION ON XAVIER THAT ANYONE COULD PROVIDE.
Alright ill give u the full low don on Xavier.
Academics- Very good. Good Professers and a small one on one learning envrioment.
Dorms- If u a freshman dont even think about havin dudes up in your room. Its a nono and u will get kicked out.
Social life- Not many parties on the campus but evry weeken there is a bus that takes u to a party and brings you back.
People- A lot of females about 80-20
XU comments from a male perspective
1. if u are a male, make sure that u stay on the first floor where the cameras are out of range and u can sneak anybody u want too. TRUST ME lol.
2. academics- ofcourse xavier is tops.. and not just for premed and pharmacy..80% of xavier english majors get into grad or law school. the business program is doin big things too.. but if u are premed, then def go to xavier
3. the male-female ratio is beautiful
4. in general, i really like it here.. you can make it fun, or you can stay miserable and bored.. the people here are generally good, and willing to lend a helping hand
