This incident took place around the corner from my house. I know the mother, little girl and aunt. The little girl had seen that man outside of her window before :x . By the time her mother or her mother's boyfriend would come he'd be gone. He knew what he was doing and got what was coming to him :evil: . In the last numerous girls have been kidnapped or **** in my neighborhood. Cleveland is NOT what it once was.
