I have been planning on going to FAMU for the past month or so, I want to know which of the HBCU's have good engineering programs. I know that the program at FAMU is pretty good, but I also heard that Tallahasse is very slow. I want to go to a good school, but I don't want to be in the middle of nowhere.

NEVA THAT!!!!! Unless youplannin on stayin here during Christmas, Thanksgiving, or spring break, there always somethin to do if you a college student here
So does either the EE or ME program at FAMU rank strongly among the other programs. People keep mentioning Tuskegee but I have not heard much about their program. I will look closer at their engineering program. Are there any others that have not been mentioned already??
FAMU-FSU school of engineering does have a good program. Jus go to www.famu.edu and click on colleges and schools and click on FAMU/FSU school of engineering.
