The coroner's findings, released Thursday, noted that prescription medications for anxiety, pain relief and heart failure, including **** and Vicodin, were found in his body as well, according to Reuters. James, who passed away at age 56 on August 6 (see "Funk Legend Rick James Found ****"), had suffered from diabetes and had a stroke in 1998 after a blood vessel broke in the back of his neck during a performance in Denver.
