i went to this Voter Information Town Hall meeting on campus 2 dayz ago...& one of the females in charge mentioned this fact to us....

so that means the following states allows for people not already registered to vote to do so on Election Day...

She also told us that there is one state where you don't even have to be registered to vote...you just come in on the day of and do so. I haven't found that just yet.
